Assess patients from various age groups including pediatric, adult, and geriatric, utilizing standardized evaluations as well as observational analyses.

Create tailored treatment strategies that address both immediate goals and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements.

Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions with a keen focus on enhancing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing abilities.

Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to develop integrated care plans.

Educate patients and their families to promote progress beyond the therapeutic environment.

Facilitate inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions as needed, ensuring a continuum of care throughout each phase of treatment.

Accurately document patient information in line with federal, state, and organizational protocols.

Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on the latest advancements in the field through education and peer interaction.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based approaches for clients of all ages, coupled with a thorough understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing impairments.

Exceptional communication skills to foster relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
