Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled rehabilitation services on a 13-week contract. The role involves assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

  Assess patients' physical capabilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

  Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to promote recovery.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics and injury prevention.

  Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care.

  Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state or federal licensing as a Physical Therapist.

  Proven experience in outpatient or rehab settings preferred.
