Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager for our Spinning Line Operation. Multi‑filament spinning/extrusion technology is a process used to produce synthetic yarns, such as polyester, polypropylene, and nylon, by melting raw plastic resin and extruding it through a multi‑hole spinneret. It commonly employs melt spinning to produce multiple continuous filaments that are quenched, drawn (stretched) to align polymer chains for high strength, and then wound onto bobbins, often reaching high speeds of over 1,000 meters per minute. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing operators and ensuring line performance, stability, and output Process ownership and leadership responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end process for 2 large spinning lines Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support production planning, material availability, and customer delivery requirements Stay current on advancements in multifilament spinning technology, materials, and manufacturing best practices Qualifications Experience with multifilament spinning (fiber) Must have direct textile background 5+ years of relevant experience Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills POST‑OFFER BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED.
