Patient Services Representative/Pharmaceutical HUB

Shifts range from 8 am to 7 pm

$16.00

Exceptional Customer Service
Attention to detail
Experience & knowledge of prior authorization process
Medical terminology
Good organization skills
Self motivation
Inbound & outbound calls
1 year experince healthcare
Insurance verification, benefits, Medicare/Medicaid
CRM or case management platforms ( Salesforce Health Cloud, SuiteCRM)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Must meet background and drug screen criteria
-Temp assignment, may turn into a temp to hire
