Job Description
BME Fire Trucks is seeking Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain our buildings.
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician your responsibilities will include:
- Building maintenance and repairs. The current campus is 12 structures and 48 acres.
- Function and electrical testing, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical parts, and general carpentry.
- Working with Engineering and staff to help identify the best location for new and used equipment installation.
- Preventive maintenance activities on facilities, equipment, and grounds. (Building repair, plumbing, and HVAC)
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- High School diploma plus additional related technical school training
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
This is a full-time permanent position located on site in Boise, Idaho. We offer excellent compensation and full benefits including health, dental, vision and 401k.
