Job description We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and vehicle maintenance, with the ability to work on various makes and models. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. This position is flat-rate pay, based on experience. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs, including frame straightening, panel replacement, and welding. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with management regarding repair processes and timelines. Skills Proven experience in auto body repair and vehicle maintenance. I-CAR certifications preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs. Experience working in a dealership or shop environment is a plus. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
