Laptop Universe is a St. Louis-based e-commerce company. We're a fast-moving, hands-on team where no two days look exactly alike, and we're looking for someone sharp, reliable, and adaptable to grow with us.

About the Role

We're hiring a versatile team member who can wear multiple hats: creating and managing online product listings, handling device testing and prep, and supporting day-to-day operations. This is not a single-lane job. The ideal candidate thrives on variety, takes ownership of their work, and can move between listing, prep, and shipping tasks without missing a beat.

Please note: previous experience is required for this role. We are looking for someone who can step in and contribute from day one.

What You'll Do

• Create, manage, and optimize e-commerce listings across Amazon, eBay, and Back Market
• Test and prep devices using diagnostic software such as PhoneCheck, Blancco , or similar tools
• Process, pack, and ship orders accurately using ShipStation
• Pack pallets and prepare shipments for freight and delivery
• Perform general operational duties including sorting, organization, and prepping products for shipment
• Support front-office operations and help around the warehouse wherever needed
• Adapt to shifting day-to-day responsibilities as business needs change

What We're Looking For (Required)

• Prior experience with e-commerce marketplace listings (Amazon, eBay, Back Market, or similar)
• Experience with device testing and diagnostic software such as PhoneCheck, Blancco, or comparable tools
• Familiarity with ShipStation or similar shipping/fulfillment platforms
• Ability to pack pallets and handle general warehouse tasks
• Able to read and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• A self-starter attitude, someone who takes initiative and gets things done without being micromanaged
• Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player

Background Check Required

Because we work with schools and government offices, all candidates must be able to pass a background check, & drug test. No exceptions.

What We Offer

• Full-time position with starting pay of $19.00+ per hour, based on experience
• Vacation accrual of 3 days for every 6 months on the job
• 2 sick days per year, available after the probationary period

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
