We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance and policy data, business processes, and requirements gathering. Industry expertise is more important than specific technology experience.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand P&C insurance processes and requirements.
- Analyze insurance, policy, and related business data and translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Gather, document, and validate functional and business requirements.
- Create user stories, process flows, business requirements documents, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with product, technology, data, and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Support testing, validation, and implementation of business solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with P&C insurance business objectives.
- Experience working with AI agents / Generative AI is a plus.
- Strong P&C Insurance industry experience .
- Solid understanding of insurance/policy data and insurance business processes .
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst gathering and documenting requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams in a remote environment.
- Reinsurance industry experience.
- Experience with AI agents / Generative AI .
- Experience with insurance data transformation, modernization, or digital initiatives.
