As a Security Officer Reception Driver in Bothell, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, assisting tenants, visitors, and staff, and supporting security-related activities for the location.
• Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify visitor information, issue access credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with property protocols.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Answer phones, manage visitor logs, receive deliveries, and support day-to-day front desk operations while maintaining awareness of security-related conditions at the property.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
