Women's Health Sales Representative

A leading diagnostic laboratory organization is seeking an experienced Women's Health Sales Representative to drive growth within the specialized women's health diagnostics market.

This individual will be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers specializing in women's health, fertility, prenatal care, and reproductive medicine.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in healthcare B2B sales, with experience in specialty diagnostics, molecular testing, or genetic screening within the women's health market.

This is a field-based position, and candidates must reside within the immediate territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through new business development, lead generation, referrals, and expansion of existing accounts.
• Identify, develop, and close new specialty diagnostic testing opportunities within the women's health market.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, physicians, and clinical stakeholders.
• Manage accounts across OB/GYN practices, fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinology, perinatology, maternal-fetal medicine groups, and hospitals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare sales representatives to maximize territory opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and customized solutions to prospective and existing customers.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for women's health specialty testing, including genetic screening and molecular diagnostics.
• Maintain knowledge of diagnostic testing services, connectivity solutions, industry developments, and relevant clinical applications.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales objectives and support continued business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of healthcare B2B sales experience with a demonstrated history of sales success.
• Experience selling specialty diagnostics, molecular testing, or genetic screening within the women's health market.
• Proven ability to close new business and expand existing customer relationships.
• Experience with women's health call points, including fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinologists, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, perinatology practices, and other relevant clinical stakeholders.
• Healthcare, laboratory, and diagnostic sales experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, genetics, and molecular diagnostic testing.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop new accounts, negotiate opportunities, and close business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable managing a field-based territory independently.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
