Must-Have Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience
• Java 17 experience
• Strong experience with Spring Boot
• Strong experience designing and developing Microservices
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
• Hands-on experience with AWS
  • EC2
  • ECS
  • EMR
  • RDS
  • S3
• EMR experience is mandatory
• Strong API development experience
• Strong SQL/database experience , including writing and optimizing large/complex SQL queries
• Angular experience
• Strong background in Java programming, libraries, frameworks, and enterprise application development
• Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining applications within the AWS ecosystem
• AWS certification along with strong hands-on AWS experience

• Apache Spark experience
• AWS certifications

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java 17, Spring Boot, and Microservices .
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise services.
• Build and maintain event-driven applications using Kafka .
• Develop and support applications running within the AWS ecosystem .
• Work with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EMR, RDS, and S3 .
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries against large databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Angular, AWS, API development, and SQL , with proven experience building and maintaining enterprise applications in a production AWS environment.

Important: Candidates without hands-on AWS and EMR experience should not be considered.
