What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities Overseeing daily floor operations to ensure exceptional service and efficiency. Managing and motivating a passionate team of staff members. Handling administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with restaurant policies. Monitoring and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Addressing guest inquiries, concerns, or feedback with professionalism and care. Collaborating with the management team to improve operations and guest satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role. Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proactive mindset. Administrative expertise to handle scheduling, reporting, and other managerial tasks. A valid Manager’s ServSafe Certification to ensure food safety compliance.
