ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of three who take pride in professionalism, integrity, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming an agent, I spent 26 years with State Farm in various leadership roles across multiple departments, which gave me a deep understanding of the company and how to best serve both customers and team members.

I attended the University of Akron, where I studied Political Science. I'm also a military veteran and a big basketball fan. Discipline, teamwork, and commitment are values I carry with me from both my military and corporate experience.

I stay involved in the community as an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and believe strongly in giving back and staying connected locally. For our team, we offer paid holidays, PTO, health benefits, and licensing reimbursement to support our team's success and well-being.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Eudora Graffaree-Robinson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $47,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
