A confidential, plaintiff-side personal injury litigation practice in Georgia is seeking a junior attorney to join an in-office team focused on pre-litigation case evaluation, settlement negotiations, and resolving motor vehicle accident matters. This is a strong fit for a motivated newer lawyer who wants hands-on responsibility early, structured skill development, and a path to grow in plaintiff personal injury.

THE ROLE

• Manage a pre-litigation plaintiff personal injury caseload with a heavy motor vehicle accident focus

• Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, and treatment summaries to support case valuation

• Lead settlement negotiations with insurance adjusters and related parties

• Conduct file reviews to help ensure matters are positioned to reach optimal settlement value

• Support workflow oversight for a pre-litigation team by helping drive timely, well-documented resolution efforts

• Maintain consistent client communication and provide clear guidance on case status and next steps

LOCATION, SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

Location:

Georgia (Atlanta area)

Schedule:

In office, 5 days per week

Compensation:

Base starting around $60,000+ for junior attorneys, plus contingency commission on cases closed or resolved; on-target earnings around $100,000 (with flexibility in the base and commission mix)

REQUIREMENTS

• Active license to practice law in Georgia

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

• 0 to 3 years of experience (newly admitted attorneys are encouraged if committed to plaintiff personal injury)

• Genuine interest in plaintiff-side personal injury work (motor vehicle accident focus)

• Dependable, positive, team-oriented work style with consistent follow-through

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Any plaintiff-side personal injury exposure, particularly motor vehicle accident matters

• Comfort with high-volume file management and settlement-driven practice
