• Seeking an enthusiastic candidate interested in working full-time and focused on excellent patient care.
• Established outpatient Endocrinology practice located in Pueblo, CO.
• Offering adults specialized, high level care for the treatment and management of diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, and osteoporosis. Practice does not see Pediatric patients.
• In process of getting a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) on site.
• Ultrasound capabilities within the clinic.
• EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.
• Enjoy a busy clinic schedule seeing about 15 patients/day.

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Internal Medicine [REQUIRED]
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism [REQUIRED]
• Active CO license (or willing to obtain) [REQUIRED]
• Clean malpractice [PREFERRED]
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
• Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) [REQUIRED]
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
