Analyze, interpret, and verify laboratory test results in accordance with established policies and procedures. Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment. Perform quality control, quality assurance, and proficiency testing to ensure accurate and reliable results. Recognize abnormal findings and promptly communicate critical values according to facility protocols. Follow all laboratory safety procedures, infection prevention guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other applicable standards.
