The Opportunity This is not a high-volume, transactional recruiting position. We’re looking for a recruiter who understands how to identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit high-performing sales professionals and business leaders for growing organizations. You’ll manage searches from initial sourcing through placement, partnering directly with candidates and our internal team to build strong pipelines and deliver exceptional talent to our clients. Our searches span multiple levels, including: Sales Representatives & In-Home Sales Consultants Sales Managers & Directors Business Development Professionals Marketing & Growth Leaders What You’ll Do Own Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage searches from candidate identification and outreach through interviews, evaluation, presentation, offer, and placement. Build High-Quality Candidate Pipelines Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, resume databases, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Recruit Sales Talent Identify candidates with demonstrated sales performance, leadership ability, strong communication skills, and the ability to succeed in growth-oriented organizations. Conduct High-Quality Interviews Lead phone and virtual interviews designed to understand performance history, career progression, motivations, compensation expectations, leadership capabilities, and overall fit. Manage Multiple Searches Successfully prioritize multiple open positions, candidate pipelines, interviews, and placements simultaneously. Develop Candidate Relationships Build long-term relationships rather than treating candidates as transactions. Our reputation is built on the experience we provide throughout the recruiting process. Partner With Leadership Work directly with Rose James Company leadership on search strategy, candidate calibration, recruiting priorities, and client delivery. What We’re Looking For Required 0 - 4+ years of professional recruiting experience Demonstrated experience recruiting sales professionals Proven success sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, and direct outreach Experience managing multiple searches and candidate pipelines simultaneously Strong phone presence and virtual interviewing skills Ability to evaluate candidates beyond the résumé Highly organized and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment Self-motivated with strong personal accountability Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Must reside in the Greater Philadelphia Area Strongly Preferred Agency recruiting or executive search experience Experience recruiting sales leadership or executive-level talent Experience recruiting within home services, home improvement, construction, consumer services, or other high-growth industries Experience recruiting commission-based or performance-driven sales professionals Established sourcing and passive-candidate outreach skills Who Thrives Here You’ll likely enjoy Rose James Company if you’re competitive but collaborative, comfortable picking up the phone, naturally curious about people and businesses, and motivated by seeing a search through from the first conversation to the accepted offer. Compensation & Benefits OTE: $60,000–$90,000+ Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based recruiting bonuses tied to successful placements.
