With a flexible caseload to be determined, you’ll have the ability to tailor your approach and interventions to the specific needs of the school community.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid school psychologist credential and required state certification/license
  • Experience or training in assessments, counseling, and developing IEPs/504 plans
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and educators
  • Ability to navigate a diverse student population with empathy and professionalism
  • Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality standards

In this role, you will:

  • Administer psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students as assigned
  • Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and other intervention plans
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive learning environments
  • Contribute to crisis intervention, prevention programs, and staff development when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
