RN/LPN - Days, Nights, Weekends

Hourly Pay:

• Salary: $30 - $38 per hour
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Maxim Healthcare in Fairview Heights, IL is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric/Adult patient in their own home in Shiloh, IL.

Schedule

• Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun 8p-8a
• Tues-Thurs 10p-8a
• Accepting Part Time or Full Time positions!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
