Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy or physical therapy assistant services to patients in accordance with established care plans
• Assist in evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate
• Document patient treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients throughout all sessions

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Physical Therapist (PT)
• Active state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
• Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site
• Minimum guaranteed availability of 35 hours per week throughout the contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
