Surgery Partners is seeking a Market CEO to lead and grow the Texas region's hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, guiding strategy, operations, and performance across facilities while aligning with corporate priorities.
You will partner with division presidents and facility admins to drive revenue and EBITDA, implement best practices, optimize staffing, build physician and health-system relationships, and ensure high‑quality patient care and day‑to‑day operational excellence.
