We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Strategy Lead to develop and execute brand strategy, annual business plans, integrated marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships. This role will lead agency relationships, manage budgets and KPIs, oversee creative development, and present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Business Planning

• Develop and lead brand strategy
• Build annual business plans, including goals, strategies, key initiatives, budgets, and KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance across creative, web, social, and other consumer channels.
• Analyze marketing results and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Manage agency relationships, scopes of work, staffing, and fees.
• Present business results, campaign performance, and recommendations to leadership.

Creative & Campaign Management

• Lead creative development for brand campaigns, vehicle launches, sustainment campaigns, regional sales events, and multicultural marketing initiatives.
• Provide strategic direction to creative agencies, partners, and vendors.
• Support commercial production, including attendance at shoots.
• Ensure campaigns align with overall brand and business objectives.

Partnerships & Special Projects

• Support brand sponsorships, partnerships, events, and asset development.
• Lead or support special marketing initiatives, including export marketing and major partnership programs.
• Partner with field teams, dealers, and DAAs across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 marketing efforts.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and budgets simultaneously.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of brand marketing, strategic marketing, or advertising experience ; automotive experience preferred.
• Strong experience developing brand strategies and annual business plans.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, KPIs, campaign performance, and optimization.
• Proven experience leading creative agencies as the client, including SOW, staffing, and fee management.
• Knowledge of traditional, digital, social, experiential, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing brand partnerships and sponsorships.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience leading and developing direct reports.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel .
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT .
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn marketing data into clear business recommendations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Torrance, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $51.02 - $57.82/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
