Customer Advocate
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a high-volume customer service environment, the full-time remote Customer Advocate will assist plan participants with inquiries about their benefits, including Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts, while providing exceptional service and problem resolution. Key responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for participants, providing timely and accurate information regarding benefits Educate participants on benefits processes and assist with issue resolution to achieve first call resolution Document all interactions in the CRM system while maintaining professionalism and compliance with HIPAA regulations Required qualifications: Associate's degree or four years of experience in a customer support or service role Minimum of 2+ years of multi-channel service experience in a contact center environment Prior experience in healthcare, benefits administration, or the insurance industry is preferred Experience with CRM platforms and cloud-based tools Bilingual capabilities are a plus
