Job Summary

A growing faith-based travel management organization in Fresno, CA is seeking a Call Center Representative to join its in-office reservations and client care team. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in reservations, hospitality, travel, administrative support, or call center customer service.

In this role, the Call Center Representative will assist travelers with reservations, payments, special requests, accommodations, cabin assignments, and trip details. This is a meaningful, service-oriented position supporting memorable travel experiences from the first inquiry through final trip preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from travelers while providing professional, friendly, and accurate customer support.
- Create, update, and manage traveler reservations, profiles, accommodations, cabin assignments, waitlists, special requests, and reservation changes.
- Process payments, monitor account balances, maintain payment records, and follow up with travelers regarding outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with travel suppliers, vendors, and internal team members to confirm availability, accommodations, updates, and reservation details.
- Audit reservations for accuracy and completeness while maintaining organized records and timely follow-up communication.
- Research destinations, cruise itineraries, hotels, supplier inventory, and travel industry updates to assist travelers with planning questions.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $21 per hour.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Work Arrangement: In-office position in Fresno, CA.
- Classification: Non-exempt.
