Reporting tothe IT/AV Manager, this position provides technical support to museum staff,volunteers, and visitors while managing critical IT/AV systems, security protocols,digital exhibits and Public & Private Events playing a critical role in the museum'smission to deliver engaging and accessible experiences for visitors of all ages. Theideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver, motivated, independent andteam-player - future thinker with a strong technical background in IT/AV basedsystems and a strong passion for technology. This role requires flexibility, strongcommunication & technical skills, and a commitment to excellence in both front- andback-of-house operations.
