IT Support Specialist

VMX Technologies is looking for an IT professional to join our team full-time. You892ll be working onsite at our office and supporting clients directly across a variety of environments. A strong background in Microsoft 365 is essential. Experience with VDI (AVD, VMWare Horizons, Citrix Workspace), Intune, and Meraki networking is highly preferred. Prior MSP experience is a major plus. Position Primary Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support to multiple clients across Microsoft 365 environments Administer and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop setups Manage device, policies and applications using Microsoft Intune Support and configure Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti network devices (firewalls, switches, wireless) Handle user onboarding/offboarding and tenant-level administration Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal best practices Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Preferred Candidate will have: 2+ years of managing networks with small to large clients. Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools Proficiency with backup solutions Schedule: Provide first-line support beginning at 8:00AM. This is an in-office position. Travel on-site to client locations approximately 40% of the time using company vehicle.
