Virginia Licensed Finance VP

To enhance financial operations and strategic decision-making, the full-time Virginia Licensed Finance VP will oversee billing and collections, create financial visibility, and partner with leadership to drive growth in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Create visibility into burn, runway, and unit economics Own billing and collections processes, ensuring operational excellence and strategic improvements Manage tax processes and collaborate with external partners for compliance and efficiency Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience in finance, strategy, investment banking, or private equity Experience in building financial models and operating financial systems from the ground up Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, particularly with MSO/PC corporate structures Experience with revenue operations, preferably in healthcare 8+ years of team management experience
