Job Details Position Summary The Site Manager supports all aspects of security operations at a high-profile Alliance client site. This role involves supervising daily security functions, coordinating with the NYPD during protests or special events, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all tenants and visitors. The Site Manager acts as a key liaison between the client, NYPD, and Alliance Security. Key Responsibilities Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily security operations and staff supervision Assist in policy enforcement, scheduling, and performance management Maintain communication with client representatives and building management Oversee incident reporting, visitor access, and CCTV monitoring Coordinate NYPD support during protests or large gatherings Ensure accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with safety standards Qualifications Prior NYPD or law enforcement experience strongly preferred Corporate security or management experience required Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary $110,000-$130,000 Prior NYPD Experience Preferred Certification Requirements NYS Armed Security Guard License NYS Security Guard License Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED Additional Information / Benefits Paid Holidays 401K/403b Plan Dental Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Sick Days Vision Insurance Medical Insurance Life Insurance This position reports to Account Executive.
