Education Requirements: Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, payroll, office management, or administration Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Experience with HRIS and payroll software is a plus Manufacturing environment experience preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Job Duties: Manage daily office operations and administrative functions Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation Maintain employee files, training records, and compliance documentation Support payroll processing, timekeeping, benefits administration, and vacation tracking Track applicants, interviews, promotions, reviews, and terminations Maintain OSHA and compliance records Prepare attendance, production, efficiency, purchasing, and training reports Coordinate office purchasing and vendor communications Answer employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies Assist leadership with projects, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives Physical Capabilities: Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
