Hospitality Spotlight

Hospitality Spotlight is partnering with a luxury, full-service hotel in California to recruit a bilingual Human Resource Director. You will lead the HR team, shape compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, and recruiting while partnering with all department heads.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years as HR Director in a luxury hotel, fluent English and Spanish, excellent problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
