Remote Case Management Referrals Specialist

Paradigm is seeking a detail‑oriented Case Management Referral Coordinator to support referral operations in our Workers’ Compensation Solutions unit. You will manage referrals from start to finish, ensuring accurate data entry, proper assignment, and timely customer communication. The role is fully remote, with hours Monday–Friday, 10a to 7p CST, and an hourly range of $20–$21. You will collaborate with a virtual team to process referrals efficiently and accurately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
