• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
• Pay Rate: $23.88 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

This is a backfill contract role supporting SAP, SAP Ariba, and SAP Business Network in a systems support capacity. While posted under the Financial Analyst title, this role is more accurately described as a Systems Support Analyst role, specifically supporting SAP, SAP Ariba, and SAP Business Network. The position is initially onsite at the Orange, CT office; however, if the manager gains confidence in the worker, a hybrid or remote option may be considered. The candidate should be prepared to start the project immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to suppliers (invoices, payments, queries)
• Handle basic issue resolution (level 1–2) in SAP Business Network and invoicing
• Support MDG activities (vendor data creation/updates)
• Assist internal teams and suppliers during training sessions
• Track, document, and follow up on requests and issues
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams
• Ensure timely responses and maintain service levels

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong communication skills (suppliers and internal teams)
• Ability to manage multiple requests and work
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
• Customer support experience
• Experience managing supplier invoices and assisting suppliers to log in to SAP Business Network
• Effective email handling skills — primary mode of communication with suppliers

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or experience of ARIBA would be a plus

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred (not mandatory)
• An Associate's degree or HS/GED with equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

Required Experience

• Experience in customer support
• Experience managing supplier invoices and supporting supplier access to SAP network

• In-person interviews are preferred; the manager has 2 team members at the Orange, CT office who will join the interview from the office, with the hiring manager on video conference. If the candidate cannot attend onsite, a video conference interview with the manager can be scheduled.
