The Manager of the IT Project Management Office develops, establishes, executes, leads, collaborates and communicates to drive agile delivery of both IT and business submitted technical projects/programs. This position leads a team of IT Program and Project Managers that is responsible for project managing and delivery of the IEHP enterprise technology project portfolio. Conduct performance reviews of each team Member within IEHP guidelines.Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful. Qualifications Education & RequirementRequired:Minimum of ten (10) years of direct work experience in a project management capacity and utilizing standard project management tools, including all aspects of plan development and execution in both technical and functional settingsMust have worked in a team-oriented and collaborative environmentSolid experience working with Architecture teams to assess and size story/epicsMust have prior experience in line management, coaching, and mentoringMust have prior experience integrating and aligning plans within a broad range of internal and external functionsMust have experience working within Waterfall and Agile projectsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare, Project Management, or related program from an accredited institutionPreferred:Experience in JIRA/ Azure DevOps or Lean preferred.
