Responsibilities:

- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports

- Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

- Assists with payroll processes, including processing timesheets

- Utilize accounting software (NetSuite) to record financial transactions and maintain accurate records

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes

- Assists with preparing and filing sales tax reports

- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information

- Assists staff with any accounting system issues

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in using accounting software (such as Workday, ADP, Xero)

- Familiarity with printing services industry is a plus

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

Note: Experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
