With operations across Canada and United States, Bento brings together a dynamic team of people with diverse backgrounds, experience, and talent, to create an exceptional guest experience.LocationOrlando Kitchen Incubator: 10501 S Orange Ave STE 105, Orlando, FL 32824ResponsibilitiesResponsible for GMP and HACCP consistent with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory compliance.Performs as a HACCP leader to ensure the HACCP program and pre-requisite programs are up-to-date and fully implemented in production.Provide leadership and direction in the plant QA team towards training, coaching and developing of QA technicians.Provide leadership during audits.
