Commercial HVAC Helper / Apprentice
Texas Ace Heating & Air is a premier HVAC company based in Midlothian, Texas, serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area and surrounding markets. We specialize in commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and replacement, working with property managers, facility teams, and multi-site clients.

General Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with service, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC systems
- Help with equipment setup, tear-out, and installation
- Perform basic maintenance tasks (filter changes, coil cleaning, drain flushing, etc.)
- Carry tools, materials, and support jobsite efficiency
- Learn to read gauges, take measurements, and understand system operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Begin learning proper documentation and communication on jobs
Job Requirements
- 02 years HVAC or mechanical experience (or strong interest in the trade)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders/rooftops
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
