5+ years of experience in Project Management/Coordination Excellent softskills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships Excellent time management and organization Proficiency with MS Suite (specifically Project, Word, Excel) Self-motivated personality Prior experience in Data Analysis Nice to Have Skills & Experience Background in pharma or life sciences PMP certificate Experience managing more than one project at a time Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator to join one of our largest pharmaceutical clients onsite 5x/week in Rensselaer, NY. This individual will be joining the Global Logistics and Trade Compliance team to help manage, organize and track multiple high‑level projects. This candidate will be expected to take initiative by communicating and working cross‑functionally with 10-15 people per project, organizing meetings, assisting/leading in project planning, risk mitigation and communication, issue resolution and data collection and analysis.
