Pure Water Pools of Naples is a full service pool company focusing on providing superior pool service and repairs to our customers.

Purpose:

• Pure Water Pools of Naples is looking for a full-time customer service representative to join our team.
• Position is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, totaling 40 hours per week. No nights or weekends!
• Applicant needs to be organized, efficient and have strong problem-solving skills to assist current and future customers with understanding our products and services, overcome complaints and provide practical responses to all customer situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phones, creating jobs, and offering a warm welcome to staff and visitors.
• Making outbound calls, text and email to potential customers.
• Calling, texting or emailing current customers in regards to proposed work, memberships or payments.
• Coordinating the flow of information and supplies to and from technicians.
• Maintaining inventory of office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Scheduling and coordinating staff meetings, gatherings, and events.
• Work with other office personnel to accomplish administrative tasks promptly.
• Maintaining our in-house pricing catalog.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service and sales support in an office setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer systems and software.
• Excellent ability to multi-task through systems and applications, accessing multiple screens and tabs.
• The role is mainly sedentary, there are times when light lifting of office and job supplies are required.
• Knowledge in the pool service industry is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
