Customer Service Representative ( OPMD - Airports)
$19.00 Hour
Seasonal Schedule: November – April
Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday 8:00AM to 6:00PM.
Thursday , Friday and Sat (OFF)
Must have valid state of Florida drivers license
Must be able to read , write and speak in English
Must complete background and drug screening
Answers telephones and incoming correspondence; assists callers with questions; refers callers to other staff members as appropriate; and takes messages. • Receives, screens and assists visitors and/or customers; provides information; and/or directs visitors to appropriate staff member; takes payments and provides receipts. • Performs general clerical work to support operations; retrieves information upon request; copies and files documents, schedule conference rooms or meetings; maintains mailing lists. • Prepares correspondence, letters and memos; types and completes forms and other documents. • Receives forms, applications and/or fees from customers, clients and/or residents; logs/records related information such as customer name, date received or dollar amount, etc. • Receives, dates and distributes incoming mail. Prepares outgoing mail; makes photocopies of documents; distributes and/or faxes documents upon request. front desk, admin experience
