What You’ll Be Doing Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and systems Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure minimal downtime Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols What Are We Looking For Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Familiarity with industrial tools, equipment, and safety practices Strong communication and teamwork abilitiesWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Must meet all legal requirements to work in the U.S. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
