Associate Lab Support Engineer, Storage Stability

Associate Lab Support Engineer supporting storage stability operations at a GMP laboratory in Middleton, Wisconsin. The role involves system analysis, maintenance, and qualification of laboratory instrumentation, with responsibility for troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring compliance with analytical protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform Performance Qualification and repair on deployed instrumentation systems
- Execute IQ, OQ, and calibration testing; conduct validation as required
- Develop and assist with Standard Operating Procedures for new and existing technologies
- Install new instrumentation and provide basic operator training to end-users
- Evaluate laboratory support records for SOP compliance and documentation accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
- 5-8 years experience with laboratory equipment troubleshooting and analytical instrumentation
- Knowledge of mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography, and related analytical systems
- Familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ qualification procedures and GMP practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and vendor communication abilities
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
