Responsibilities include:
• Dispatching flaggers and crews to job sites
• Tracking job sites and purchase orders (POs)
• Managing USA dig tickets / utility locate tickets
• Scheduling inspections
• Assisting with office support and daily operations
• Data entry and reporting in Excel and QuickBooks Online
Requirements:
• Prior dispatch experience required
• Must know Excel and QuickBooks Online
• Experience with USA dig tickets and inspection scheduling is required
• Must be organized, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in construction, traffic control, or utility work is highly preferred.
