Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury (Dayton, OH) A high-performing, statewide personal injury law firm is seeking a driven Attorney to join its growing litigation team in Dayton. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a results-oriented environment and has the confidence to manage a robust caseload while delivering exceptional client service. What You’ll Do Negotiate favorable settlements for clients, including addressing liens and finalizing resolution terms Supervise and mentor legal support staff to ensure efficiency and consistency in case handling Serve as a key point of contact for clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel Build compelling damages narratives through detailed investigation and documentation Work collaboratively with colleagues across offices to achieve firm-wide litigation goals What We’re Looking For Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar 2–5 years of experience handling personal injury matters (plaintiff or defense) Strong communication skills and a persuasive negotiation style Familiarity with litigation software—experience with Needles is a plus Prior insurance defense or claims handling experience is highly valued Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital workflows Ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Why Join Us Competitive base salary with potential for bonuses tied to performance 401(k) with company match Positive, team-oriented culture with strong administrative support Opportunity to grow within one of the most recognized personal injury firms in Ohio Location Dayton, OH (in-office role) How to Apply To apply, please submit your resume and a writing sample to View email address on click.appcast.io.
