2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the 2nd shift to meet production goals and quality standards. Lead, motivate, and develop production team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitor production processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other departments such as quality, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators. Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety training sessions for team members. Assist in scheduling and resource planning to optimize shift productivity. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or production supervision, preferably in a similar industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or supervisory training is a plus.
