Ferretti Search is partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS organization to identify an experienced Accounting Manager ready to step into a high-impact leadership role within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Location: North Carolina (Hybrid) Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 + Bonus Schedule: Full-time Why this opportunity stands out High-Growth Environment: Join a rapidly expanding, PE-backed SaaS platform focused on continued acquisition and operational growth Leadership Visibility: Partner closely with finance leadership and operational teams on strategic financial initiatives Remote Flexibility: Fully remote opportunity with exposure to teams and business units across the country Broad Accounting Exposure: Play a key role in consolidations, technical accounting, financial reporting, and corporate accounting operations Career Growth Potential: Opportunity to grow and scale alongside a dynamic and evolving organization What you’ll be doing Month-End Close: Lead and manage key portions of the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting General Accounting: Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and supporting documentation across multiple entities Financial Reporting: Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, management reports, and related schedules Technical Accounting: Research and apply U.S. GAAP guidance related to complex accounting matters and reporting requirements Variance Analysis: Analyze financial results, investigate fluctuations, and partner with leadership to resolve issues Audit & Compliance: Support audit processes, lender reporting, investor deliverables, and compliance requirements Process Improvement: Assist in enhancing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls across the organization Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams on reporting initiatives and strategic projects Team Leadership: Mentor and support accounting staff while driving accountability and continuous improvement What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA required 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with a blend of public accounting and industry experience preferred SaaS industry experience required Strong technical accounting background with the ability to research and apply U.S. GAAP guidance Experience within multi-entity or consolidated reporting environments Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across departments and leadership teams Interested candidates are encouraged to apply or reach out directly to Bob Haas at Ferretti Search for additional details and consideration at View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr
