Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

This position is an entry-level, onsite role located at our Footwear Division located in Portland, Oregon reporting directly to the Inside Sales Manager and will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day sales order input activities and supporting the Inside Sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Process all sales orders through fax, email, and telephone which includes order details such as: price confirmation, availability, credits, and warranty claims.

• Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.

• Maintain the View email address on click.appcast.io address and the fax email address.

• Contribute to the team by offering inside sales support by relaying appropriate information to the sales representative.

• File purchase orders daily, to ensure the company is following guidelines.

• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.

• Perform administrative and office duties such as filing, updating customer information, and contributing to general office functions.

• Excellent computer skills: Order processing with computer and database systems.

• Attention to detail: very detailed oriented and has a history of not making errors.

• Great time management skills.

• Ability to handle a high volume of order entry in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong ability to multi-task.

• Great sense of humor.

• Positive attitude.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
