Job Summary and Responsibilities As an Urgent Care Physician (MD or DO), you will join the thriving Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in our Capitola, CA clinic. You will provide comprehensive Urgent Care services to a diverse community, focusing on lower acuity cases and a variety of acute illnesses and minor trauma. To be successful in this role, you will be a compassionate and skilled Urgent Care Physician seeking a fulfilling career with exceptional work-life balance and practice autonomy. Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of non-emergent acute illnesses and minor injuries for patients ages 3 months and older across the lifespan Perform and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs, EKGs, and imaging Perform in-office procedures consistent with urgent care practice Collaborate with and supervise Advanced Practice Providers in a team-based care model Ensure timely referrals, escalation of care, and care coordination when needed Practice within a highly respected, mission-driven organization We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires: Competitive annual salary guarantee of $376,200 with production bonuses Sign-on bonus: up to $40,000 Relocation assistance: up to $20,000 10-hour shifts, no overnights Annual CME Allowance Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer Comprehensive benefits for provider and family including 401(k) with employer match.
