We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow business relationships with new and existing commercial customers. In this role, you will work directly with local businesses, visit customer locations, identify opportunities, and help customers find the products and solutions they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Build Business Relationships: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing commercial customers.

• Grow Sales: Conduct customer visits, prospecting calls, and meetings to generate leads, secure orders, and meet sales goals.

• Understand Customer Needs: Learn about each customer's business and provide product recommendations and solutions that support their operations.

• Manage Your Sales Pipeline: Maintain accurate customer records, leads, quotes, opportunities, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

• Coordinate Orders and Deliveries: Work with store teams and our B2B Champion to source products, fulfill special orders, and coordinate deliveries.

• Develop Sales Proposals: Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer needs.

• Monitor Performance: Help forecast sales, review reports, maintain gross margins, and identify opportunities for growth.

• Represent Hometown Ace: Participate in community and business events and support activities that attract new commercial customers.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience independently managing and developing an outside sales territory with new and existing customers.

• Experience building customer relationships, maintaining accounts, and generating sales opportunities.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of sales forecasting, business fundamentals, inventory management, and retail operations.

• Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.

• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with store teams and management.

• Willingness to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends to meet customer needs and attend business or community events.

• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.

• Spanish bilingual verbal and written communication skills are strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
