• Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks and other office software tools
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally with excellent phone etiquette
• Coordinate office supplies, inventory management, and equipment maintenance to keep all locations fully functional
• Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing front desk activities, and handling clerical duties with efficiency

Skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace applications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
• Excellent computer literacy and data entry skills to ensure accuracy in record keeping
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse communities effectively
• Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles with a focus on customer service
• Skilled at multitasking with excellent time management and calendar coordination capabilities
• Knowledge of front desk operations, phone etiquette, filing systems, proofreading, and office procedures
