Join Our Client as an Engineer in Milwaukee, WI a top 3 R&D investor in Life Science Tools! We need an expert with a PhD/MS in Engineering or Pharmaceutics and hands-on formulation, tableting, and HTS plate prep experience to develop cutting-edge biochemical products.

responsibilities:

• Develop, prototype, and scale biochemical products (buffers, excipients, and chemical libraries) across multiple formats, including tablets, sachets, vials, and HTS plates.

• Design and optimize dry and liquid dispensing workflows for 24- to 384-well plates, establishing precise layout, fill accuracy, and in-process controls.

• Maintain and operate specialized equipment such as tablet presses, powder blenders, automated liquid/solid dispensers, and analytical testing instruments.

• Qualify plate sealing, barcode identification, and shipping conditions while rigorously evaluating compound adsorption, evaporation, and cross-contamination risks.
